PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile terminal having a conventional browser to receive and view program information of digital broadcasting and also to simply reserve program recording although a television receiver or a display device connected to an exclusive tuner mainly can view the program information resulting in requiring a device such as a reception exclusive antenna. SOLUTION: Program information is extracted from broadcast information broadcast in digital broadcasting and the extracted program information data are converted into data that can be viewed with a conventional browser. A mobile terminal incorporating the conventional browser receives converted data and the mobile terminal reserves a program. A recorder receives program reservation data and records the program.
