PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in a hydraulic circuit having a drift reduction valve. SOLUTION: A control valve 11 for controlling an operation of a boom cylinder 15 or the like has the pilot operation type drift reduction valve 41 for blocking working fluid returned from the boom cylinder 15 to a first spool 16 for boom when the first spool 16 exists at a neutral position and releasing the blocking state when the first spool 16 is switched to a boom cylinder working position. The control valve 11 also has a hydraulic logic circuit 47 for releasing the blocking state of the drift reduction valve 41 by guiding pilot pressure to the drift reduction valve 41 interlocking with an operation of switching the first spool 16 to boom cylinder working position.
