METHOD FOR BALANCING AND TRANSMITTING NARRATION VOICE AND TRANSMITTER-RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the narration voice in a broadcast audio signal with a BGM easy to be listened to by using auxiliary data and changing the balance between the narration voice and the BGM in accordance with individual taste simply by attaching a small quantity of the auxiliary data synchronized with an audio signal and transmitting the auxiliary data. SOLUTION: A transmitting side analyzes the frequency band components of a broadcast audio signal and a narration signal with the same converting method, detects frequency band information for making a narration voice easy to be listened in the analyzed frequency band components of the broadcast audio signal and the narration signal and transmits the detected frequency band information as the auxiliary data, and a receiving side makes the narration voice of the broadcast audio signal with which narration is broadcasted with the BGM easy to be listened to by using the transmitted auxiliary data and changing the balance between the narration voice and the BGM in accordance with the individual taste in order to make the narration voice easy to be listened to from the broadcast audio signal with which the narration is broadcasted with the BGM.
