PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-plate capacitor which is composed of a ceramic dielectric board and two electrodes formed on its primary surfaces respectively and protected against troubles, such as a capacitance change or deterioration of tanδ, when it is mounted at a high temperature. SOLUTION: First films 4 and 7 of Ni or NiCr, second films 5 and 8 of Pd, and third films 6 and 9 of Au are formed successively on the primary surfaces 2 and 3 of a dielectric board 1 for the formation of electrodes.
