PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device from being damaged by an overload applied to a lock plate when the lock plate is sandwiched between a support shaft and a body when a car leaves a parking garage. SOLUTION: This parking control machine comprises first stoppers 6 and 6 and second stoppers 7 and 7 controlling the elevating angles of first lock plate 4 and second lock plate 5 so that the tip parts of the first lock plate 4 and the second lock plate 5 are positioned on the outside of the erected side outer peripheral surfaces of support shafts 14 and 14 when the first lock plate 4 and the second lock plate 5 are erected fully.
