Method of heat insulation in room uses panels with electrostatic charge to excite air particles and cause heating

The method has panels (1) or strips carrying an electromagnetic or electrostatic charges to polarize the ambient air particles. The bands or panels are juxtaposed and positioned in inverse senses to excite the air particles which circulate in the volume and produce heat for heating the room space. The panels can have a coating of quartz, silicon or mineral. The panels can be operated by a battery or low voltage source (5). An Independent claim is also included for the heating apparatus.
