PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil lubricating mechanism capable of speedily supplying oil to each slide part in a valve chamber when an engine is started and maintaining a proper lubrication condition. SOLUTION: In a lubricating oil supply mechanism supplying lubricating oil into the valve chamber of an OHC engine, an oil reservoir part 31 which is provided in a recessed part of a rotary cam 15 supported in the valve chamber 9, reserves lubricating oil when the rotation of the rotary cam 15 stops, and discharges the reserved lubricating oil due to a centrifugal force generated by the start of the rotation of the rotary cam 15 is provided. Consequently, lubricating oil in the valve gear chamber is collected in the oil reservoir part 31 when the rotation of the rotary cam 15 stops, is discharged from the inside of the oil reservoir part 31 simultaneously when the rotation of the rotary cam 15 is started, and is turned into spray in the valve chamber 9 to lubricate the inside of the valve chamber 9.
