PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-pass filter(LPF), in which a pass band can be easily adjusted and insertion loss characteristics are satisfactory and to provide communications equipment for moving object using the same. SOLUTION: A dielectric layer 11a constitutes a protecting layer, an inductor electrode 12 is formed on a dielectric layer 11b, and capacitor electrodes 13a and 13b are formed on dielectric layers 11c and 11d, respectively. A ground electrode 14a is formed on a dielectric layer 11e, capacitor electrodes 13c and 13d are formed on a dielectric layer 11f and a ground electrode 14b is formed on a dielectric layer 11g.
