PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for supplying hot water capable of constantly supplying mixed water of warm water and cold water within a preset temperature range. SOLUTION: A first opening and closing valve 10 and a second opening and closing valve 20 are provided opened and closed in accordance with temperature of the mixed water W flowing into a valve body 1. The first opening and closing valve 10 has a thermo-sensitive expanding body F comprising wax closing an upstream side drain port 3 and opening a valve seat 13 of a hot water inlet 1A side by proper mixed water temperature and opening the upstream side drain port 3 and closing the valve seat 13 of the hot water inlet 1A side by cold water temperature. The second opening and closing valve 20 has a thermo-sensitive energizing body 23 comprising a shape memory alloy spring closing a downstream side drain port 7 and opening a valve seat 9 of a hot water outlet 1B side by the proper mixed water temperature and opening the downstream side drain port 7 and closing the valve seat 9 of the hot water outlet 1B side by heated water temperature.
