PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fix a supporting part for supporting a link lever from the lower part, without impairing swinging operation. SOLUTION: A link mechanism for pivoting in the upper part of a stand 1 an electric fan head part 3 having a built-in motor 5 so as to swing laterally and swinging the electric fan head part 3 is composed of a gear 29 installed in the electric fan head part 3 and horizontally rotating; and a link lever 31 locating eccentrically than the shaft center of the gear 29, whose one end is pivoted in a pivoting shaft 32 projecting downward from the gear 29 and the other end is pivoted in the stand 1, the other end of the link lever 31 is rotatably supported by the supporting part 35 to be supported from the lower part to the pivoting shaft 32, an insertion hole 33 into which the supporting part 35 is inserted and locked is formed in the pivoting shaft 32, and the supporting part 35 is composed of a shaft part 37 to be inserted into the insertion hole 33; and a head part 36 formed at the lower end of the shaft part 37 and projecting in the horizontal direction from the pivoting shaft 32.
