PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter structure, having satisfactory frequency characteristics by suppressing the generation of sprious signals by hardly deteriorating a passing loss by designing the inductance part of a central conductor with respectively different diameters. SOLUTION: A coaxial low-pass filter is provided with a bottomed cylindrical external conductor 12, connectors 10 attached to both the terminal parts of the external conductor 12 and a central conductor 11, with which a capacitance part 13 and an inductance part 14 are located alternately, arranged inside the external conductor 12 and the diameter of the inductance part 14 is made to vary respectively for each of stages.
