The invention relates to a tubing emptying device used in the operation of replacing a worn out pump, in the wells equipped with T-type pumps having a fixed suction valve. According to the invention, the tubing emptying device ensures the liquid release from the tubing in order to reduce the effort of tubing lifting from the well by that it comprises a tubing nipple (1) provided with connecting substitutes ( 2 and 5) and having a radial orifice (b) in the median zone of its wall. The nipple (1) accomodates a cylindrical tubular drawer (6) consisting of a pipe (7) at the outer side of which there are mounted some annular gaskets (8) separated by some spacers (9), and at the upper end of the pipe (7) there is provided a retainer ring (10) with an annular gasket (8) resting thereon, at the upper end of pipe (7) there is provided a nut ring (11) which presses the first annular gasket (8). The cylindrical drawer (6)is introduced on a segment of suction rods (15) above the pump piston, and upon withdrawal of the drill-rod string from the well, said drawer is moved in front of the outlet opening (b) causing the liquid outflow from the tubing into the well.
