PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize power supply corresponding to the priority of the use request of each functional means in an information processor having a plurality of functional means sharing one power source. SOLUTION: A power source part 101 is provided with a capacity detecting means 107 for detecting the residual capacity of a battery and a control means 108 for issuing a power consumption reduction instruction to each functional means according to the user priority of each independently operable functional means. Thus, it is made possible to realize power consumption reduction countermeasures by stopping earlier the functional means whose functional priority is low according to the residual capacity of the battery, and to realize the secure of power supply to the functional means whose use priority is high.
