<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connecting operation of a connector, to make the connector strong to vibration and pull, and to enhance the electrical reliability too by using a stress cone 7 and a pressing unit 13. SOLUTION: A conductor connecting terminal 6 is fixed to the tip of a center conductor 2. The stress cone 7 is arranged on the periphery of an insulator 3, which surrounds the vicinity of the tip of the center conductor 2. Protecting metal fixtures 12 surround the periphery of the stress cone 7, and their opening end is fixed in a hole for a terminal to be connected to the connector. The pressing unit 13 presses the stress cone 7 inside the protecting fixtures 12 in the direction of the hole for the terminal. The connecting terminal 6 has a flange 21, having an outside diameter which is not smaller than that of the insulator 3, at the cut end of the insulator 3.</p> |
