PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the proper evaluation of the value of an idea. SOLUTION: This idea management system is constituted by allowing computers to communicate with one another through a network; and the computers retrieve a person relating to the contents of an idea to be proposed (step S134) and notifies the computer that the retrieved person uses that a comment on the idea is requested (step S138), so that technical comments on the idea are gathered from experts in the field of the idea to be proposed.
