PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which allows a recipient and a supplier of a room layout plan to newly contact each other. SOLUTION: Data on room layout plans are previously stored in a recording means 13 on a server 1 as a room layout plan database 20 together with their feature data and a condition field for inputting or selecting conditions of a room layout plan is displayed on a terminal 100 connected through a communication network. The server 1 calls a room layout plan whose feature data meet or almost meet the conditions that the recipient inputs or selects from the room layout plan database 20 and presents it on the terminal 100 so that the recipient can select or confirm it. The details of the room layout plan that the recipient selects or confirm are provided by mail or communication for the recipient.
