SOLUTION: A registered person views a display form automatically prepared and transmitted by using bulletin board data 51 by a system operation program 42 inside an automatic bulletin board management device 41 by using the terminal equipment and the terminal system connected to an existing network 21, selects a desired item from the display form, takes a look at a desired report and inputs the opinion and a question, etc. Especially, by investigating a problem solution data base for opinion adjustment and problem solution and having an advice inputted from the manager of the automatic bulletin board operation management device, the opinion adjustment and the problem solution are performed in an early stage. Further, since the contents of discussions are automatically stored and preserved, the problem hardly occurs later.</p> |
