PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noise preventing connector which can prevent an adverse effect of electromagnetic wave from a connector. SOLUTION: At a rear face of a connector main body part 3 of the connector 1 that is fixed to a circuit board 11, a conductive member 7 which has a larger size than the outside dimension of a rear face of the connector main body part is installed, and other electronic parts on the circuit board 11 or other electronic parts inside the case 14 and the connector main body part 3 are electro-magnetically shielded with the conductive member 7, and an influence of noises due to generated electromagnetic waves from the connector main body part on electronic parts are prevented.
