PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to perform tests of an automatic application and an automatic cutoff even when an operating power is not obtained. SOLUTION: An external power input connector 11 is provided in an automatic switch operating power box 1 with a state retaining mechanism, and a power source input changeover switch 13 is connected between the external power input connector 11, a low voltage power input connector 12, and a rectifying circuit 14 to allow an input to the rectifying circuit 14 to switch either to the external power input connector 11 or to the low voltage power input connector 12. When the low voltage power is not obtained, the power input changeover switch 13 is switched to the external power input connector 11 side, and an alternating current is supplied from a portable battery charger 2 through the external power input connector 11 and a connecting cable 3, then the manual button PB1, PB2 are pushed to apply or cutoff an automatic switch.
