PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map display and a navigation apparatus which make users to intuitively grasp information and communicate for riding in a predetermined case by synthesizing and displaying various kinds of information changing in real time onto maps. SOLUTION: In this automobile navigation system, a communication part 7 receives information related to ridable vehicles, etc., and communicates for riding. A map data-synthesizing part 4 synthesizes in a map data space an object representing various kinds of information on the basis of map data stored in a map data-storing part 3, information from the communication part 7 and an input part 2 and corresponding object model presentation information stored in an object model presentation information-storing part 6. A display device 5 displays synthesized map information. Moreover, a route-selecting part 10 searches for routes when a position of the vehicle is inputted from a position- detecting part 9, and a guide part 11 guides based on the route-searching. |
