PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric apparatus that decreases the number of components to reduce the cost and facilitate, replacement. SOLUTION: The photoelectric apparatus consists of a microwave circuit board 1 provided with a mount terminal section 51 and a terminal section 52 for external connection and of an integrated circuit 4 that is provided with a photoelectric conversion element and mounted on and connected to the mount terminal section 51 of the microwave circuit board 1. The terminal section 52 for external connection of the microwave circuit board 1 is formed as a connector terminal section freely attached to/detached from a connection opposite terminal.
