PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a polymer insulator, in which prevention of erosion of a housing and improvement of water immersion resistance can be achieved. SOLUTION: A sealing structure is made of a housing 5 and a holding hardware 6 in a polymer insulator 1 that is comprised of: a core member 2; the housing 5, which is made of a body part 3 and a cap 4 that are arranged at a perimeter of the core member 2; and the holding hardware 6, which is arranged on both sides of the core member 2. In the sealing structure of the polymer insulator 1, in which a tip portion 21 of the body part 3 has been placed between the holding hardware 6 and the core member 2 and a sealant 22 has been applied between a plane of inner radius of the holding hardware 6 and a perimeter 12a of the tip portion 12 of the body part 3, a small rib 31 is arranged protruding from the body part 3 of the housing 5, and a side of the small rib 31 is brought into close contact with an opening end 13 of the holding hardware 6 via the sealant 22. Thus the structure, in which no sealant 22 squeezes out of the area between the side of the small rib 31 and the opening 13 of the holding hardware 6, is configured.
