PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize prolongation of the service life and improvement in servo signal quality by preventing dirt from adhering to a clock disk and a clock head which obtain a clock signal in writing of a servo signal. SOLUTION: The clock disk 41 which obtains the clock signal at the time of writing the servo signal in a flexible disk 21 and a cover 45 which covers a timing detecting means 4 by the clock head 42 are installed, clean air passing through a rotating means 3 is sent within the cover 45, and adhesion of the dirt on the clock disk 41 is prevented.
