PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk type performance device with a custom-made file function capable of recognizing easily only by glancing at what content of a compact disk currently performing is. SOLUTION: An image of a case 30 of the compact disk is stored in a storage means such as a hard disk of a hard disk drive 17 of a car CD player by a scanner 21, and the image information is linked with TOC information on the compact disk to display what a CD is performing now on a display panel 11 by the image.
