PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate shaking of a rise and fall driving frame independently of dimensional precision. SOLUTION: When a pair of right and left supporting point pins 122 provided in a both right and left sides arm part 121b of the rise and fall driving frame 121 is fitted in a pair of right and left supporting point pin fitting holes 125 formed in a pair of right and left inner side vertical wall part 82e of a chassis 82 and is supported freely rotatably, the upper part of the pair of right and left supporting point pin 122 is elastically pressed by a pair of right and left up elastic arm part 127 integrally formed on the chassis 82 made of sheet metal, and a proximity position of the one supporting point pin 122 of the rise and fall driving frame 121 is elastically pressed to an axial direction to position by a side part elastic arm part 128 integrally formed on one inner side perpendicular wall part 82eA of the chassis 82.
