Prosthesis for knee replacement has femoral implant with two thrust bearing pads linked by a solid bridge

Implant (1) has two thrust bearing pads (1a,1b) linked by a solid bridge (1c). The pads have a rear part profiled to cooperate with the condyles and fix the implant at an angle of about sixty degrees relatively to the femur longitudinal axis. The front part of both pads are directly fixed to the bridge, without a trochlea. The bridge is profiled in order to cooperate with the tibial implant.
