PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power semiconductor device without individually providing a resistor for detecting the current in an integrated circuit of a power module having an overcurrent detector. SOLUTION: An integrated unit of the current detecting resistor 16 with electrode terminals N1 and N2 is arranged and fixed in a case 3A of the semiconductor device 1A and aluminum wires 10f and 10g can be wire bonded to desired positions of the resistor 16. With such constitution, the individual resistors are not required, and the device 1a can be reduced in size. |
