PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems of theft, forgery, payer impersonation, a commodity mistake, a failure of commodity reception after liquidation, etc., in an electronic transaction and card liquidation system. SOLUTION: In the case of real transactions, wrongs are prevented by collation of photographs, fingerprints, transaction histories, etc. In the case of virtual transactions, an F.E.M. center as the third party receives confirmation of transaction contents from a user after exchange of promises of a transaction between the user and a shop and transfers money to an account of the shop after commodity delivery and the end of a cooling-off period, and thus a malicious person cannot assume the user or the shop because liquidation is performed through the third party in the transaction, and fraudulent actions are impossible because the shop doesn't receive money before completion of the transaction. The user cooling-off system is introduced to the card system to secure the safety of the transaction. |
