PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer type lithium secondary battery, featuring higher capacity, longer service life with superior flatness of a voltage, as well as an excellent cycle property at higher temperatures. SOLUTION: As a material for a positive electrode, a spinel lithium manganese composite oxide with a cation deficiency compound of a formula: LixMn3-xO4+δ (1.0<=x<=4/3), is employed. The oxide is manufactured, through adapting a liquid phase synthesis using lithium nitrate, manganese nitrate and water-soluble polymer. |
