<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor which can realize fine control of linear movements. SOLUTION: In the linear motor, consisting of a stator 10 having first and second armature coils and a rotor 20 which is provided at the internal side of the stator and includes a shaft, the shaft of rotor is structured with the first to third shaft portions 21, 22, 23, the external circumferential surface of the first shaft portion 21 is provided with a ring-like first permanent magnet portion 21a consisting of many permanent magnets, and the external circumferential surface of the third shaft portion 23 is provided with the second permanent magnet portion 23a which consists of many permanent magnets.</p> |
