PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both-face inverting device in which an inversion part capable of stably carrying a recording paper and capable of performing an inversioning operation and a re-carrying part are arranged in the vertical direction without any accumulation of heat in a switchback carrying path. SOLUTION: The inversion part 210 is formed large so that it may project sideways from the re-carrying part 220, and a 1st ventilation hole (group) 215 is formed on the top face of the part 210 so as to discharge the heat remaining in the both-face inverting device 200 upward. Besides, a fan 216 is attached to the upper part so as to efficiently discharge the heat. Besides, a 2nd ventilation hole (group) 217 is formed in the lower part of the projecting part of the reversing part 210 so as to efficiently discharge the heat of a paper passing through the switchback carrying path 211 through the upper ventilation hole 215, and fresh air is taken in the both-face inverting device 200 through the ventilation hole 217 in accordance with the flow of the heat, then, a cooling efficiency is enhanced. |
