PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator in which the response time of a nearby oscillation frequency is shortened, further, a phase pull-in margin is enlarged and stability after synchronization is improved. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a PLL circuit 1 and an oscillation frequency control circuit 8. The oscillation frequency control circuit 8 is provided with a current source circuit 2, frequency comparator circuit 3, up/down counter 4 frequency divider circuit 5, switch circuit 6 and synchronization detecting circuit 7. |
