PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-utility generating facility, capable of preventing a reverse tidal current to power supply side caused by the fluctuation of load, extending its life and saving space, using a simple structure at low cost. SOLUTION: This facility is provided with a power control device 25 that outputs for a certain period of time within the operating time of a reverse tidal current power relay 22 a switching-on command, for causing a current to flow to a dummy load 18 having dummy load electrical energy that eliminates the occurrence of the reverse tidal current, when the occurrence of the reverse tidal current equal to or larger than a given reverse tidal current with which the reverse tidal current power relay 22 operates is detected from a current detected by a current detector 13 and a voltage detected by a voltage detector 21; and a phase controlling circuit 24 that ignites a thyristor 23, based on the switching-on command of the power control device 25. |
