PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snapping and cutting device for a liquid crystal panel capable of enhancing efficiency and suppressing labor costs. SOLUTION: The snapping and cutting device consists of two right and left tables of a first and a second running tables 1 and 2 provided so as to support a liquid crystal panel A placed by an appropriate means and run forward in every prescribed pitches by an appropriate running means, a running cutter 10 stopping forward just above the running path of the first running table 1 and provided so as to inscribe a cutting line on an upper surface of the liquid crystal panel, the snapping and cutting device provided just above the running path of the second running table, a turning device C provided so as to take up the liquid crystal panel whose cutting line is already worked on the first table in a forward movement finish position and turn the liquid crystal panel upside down, a first transfer device provided so as to receive the liquid crystal panel turned upside down by the turning device and feed the liquid crystal panel onto the second running table at the time of retreat stopping and a second transfer device provided so as to take up the liquid crystal panel already snapped and cut on the second running table in a forward movement finish position and feed the liquid crystal panel onto the first running table at the time of retreat stopping.
