SOLUTION: When wiring connection information 1 showing the connection states of the component terminals and wires is updated, a wiring update detection part 2 detects the update contents showing an increase or decrease in the number of the component terminals where the wires are connected in such a case and outputs connection increase/decrease information Al. A display color change part 3 changes the display color of a corresponding wire in the wiring connection information according to the connection increase/decrease information A1 (wiring display color change part 31) and changes the display color of the component terminal to which the wire is connected to as required (component terminal display color change part 32).
