摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anonymous communication channel where decoding servers can correctly be functioned even on the occurrence of a fault or of an illegal act such as rewritten data. SOLUTION: The anonymous communication channel receives a list L0 consisting of n-sets of pairs each consisting of an encryption message C comprising multiply decoded plain messages msg and its key information G, the decoding servers M1-Mm sequentially partially decode each C by using secret information, rearrange sets of partially decoded results C' and key information G' at random, and the anonymous communication channel obtains the messages msg rearranged at random finally. Each decoding server Mi is provided with a plurality of verification servers Vi, Vj to form a decoding block Bi where the server Mi applies decoding and replacement to a list Li-1 to open a list Li to public, transmits a replacement functionπi to each of the verification servers Vi, Vj through the anonymous communication channel 11, each of the verification servers Vi, Vj keep the same secret information as that of the sever Mi, applies decoding to the list Li-1, applies replacement thereto by using the replacement functionπi, and compares the result with the list Li and opens '1' to the public when coincident and opens the secret information to the public when dissident.
