PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a travel guide to aged and handicapped persons who use tourist facilities such as an airport by a travel guide system using IC cards so that they easily understand and do not get lost. SOLUTION: At the base of traffic facilities such as an airport, many IC card terminals are installed and arrows of destinations are displayed on the display devices of the terminals, so that users reach their destinations through the cooperation of the terminals only by following the arrows. Further, an IC card terminal outputs sign sound and message sound to a person whose visual handicap is recorded in personal information in the IC card terminal to guide the person, who can reach his or her destination only by following voice. |
