PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially improve design efficiency by automatically allocating the function of an external connection terminal after wiring. SOLUTION: After arbitrarily connecting the external connection terminals of a microcomputer 2 and a main memory 3, the external connection terminals are allocated. A controller 14 outputs signal name data from the slave protocol table of a data storage part 13 to an analysis part 8, the analysis part 8 outputs analysis signals KS based on the signal and a pin selector 9 outputs allocation setting signals WS from the pertinent external connection terminal of the microcomputer 2.
