<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a shield of cover, even when the cover is shielded by a concocting action using a spray, paint or a liquid and a tape that absorb and cut off infrared rays. SOLUTION: A surface temperature detection surface 16 of a black body tape is formed at a prescribed place on the inside surface of the cover 14 of a human detector 1. The inside of the detector 1 is provided with a human detection part 5, that detects infrared rays transmitted through the cover 14 accompanying the movement of a human body in a monitored area S and a temperature detecting part 7, that detects the temperature change of the cover 14 by infrared rays in the heat radiated from the detection plane 16. Then, the device determines it as an abnormality due to a concocting action, when the temperature of the cover 14 is a prescribed value or higher.</p> |
