PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize formation of a thin device and enable to cope with even a narrow space to build in. SOLUTION: The device comprises a pressure control container 100 in which a recessed part is formed, a crush plate 200 equipped with a conductor 210 to seal the pressure control container 100 and electrodes 300 electrically connected to the conductor 210. The electrodes 300 are formed of a flexible substrate.
