PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain constant discharge to a body fed with oil regardless of the temperature change of oil. SOLUTION: This automatic oil feeder is provided with a pump 22 of constant discharge, an oil feeding line 2 for feeding oil from the pump 22 to oil fed parts, and a by-pass line 23 branched from the oil feeding line 2 to return oil to a tank 1. The automatic oil feeder is provided with the pump 22 feeding the discharge of oil larger than the required oil fed quantity of the oil fed parts so that a part of the oil is always returned to the tank 1 through the by-pass line 23, a flow control valve 25 with a pressure-temperature compensating function, positioned downstream of the by-pass line 23 to hold the flow of oil always constant regardless of the pressure and temperature of oil, and a pressure regulating valve 24 positioned upstream of the by-pass line 23 to maintain the differential pressure across the flow control valve 25 to the required differential pressure.
