PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and quick determination method having high precision in a low concentration region of dioxins in combustion exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Color components in the combustion exhaust gas are collected by using a filter such as a filter paper or the like, and the degree of coloration of the filter is measured. Then, the concentration of the dioxins in the combustion exhaust gas is determined from the correlation calibrated beforehand between the degree of coloration of the filter and the concentration of the dioxins.
