PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless phone that can prevent a slave unit from reaching a speech state with an opposite party registered in a blacklist. SOLUTION: A master unit accepts no channel acquisition request from the slave unit while replying the blacklist so as to prevent the slave unit from being brought into a speech state.
