PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send the reply of a viewer to the electronic mail address of an anonymous person even in the case of anonymously inserting information on the information bulletin board of the Internet and to enable even an anonymous user presenting the information to receive reply electronic mail. SOLUTION: A reply button 2 is added near anonymous information on this information bulletin board 1 of the Internet and contents registered in a window for registering the electronic mail are transmitted by a transmission button 4 and retransmitted to the electronic mail address of the anonymous user kept by the manager of the information bulletin board.
