<p>This invention provides novel bicyclic compounds (Bicyclo [3.30] odande derivatives) of formula I <CHEM> in which W, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, n, m and p have the meanings given in the Specification, which are useful as excitatory amino acid receptor antagonists and in the treatment of neurological disorders. This invention also provides intermediates useful in the synthesis of excitatory amino acid antagonists.</p> |
