The invention relates to a foundation for constructions such as a house, an office building and the like. According to the invention, the foundation for construction structures comprises an element made up of a material curable by casting, formed so as to define a bearing portion (60) for seating on the ground and a support portion (62) for bearing the construction structure, and through which there passes a tubular duct (56) extending along the whole length of at least one mentioned bearing portion (60) and of a support portion (62) for providing utilitarian services, and some connecting means (86, 88, 4046, 4048) for assembling said element to a similar adjacent element. The connecting means (86, 88, 4046, 4048) are resiliently deformable under the action of the seismic waves which act upon the assembly. Each foundation element comprises some orifices (82, 136) in the support portion (62) to allow the access to some tubular ducts (56, 58, 4001, 4003, 4005).
