PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus achieving miniaturization of a body without considerably deteriorating heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: In the lighting apparatus, a lighting circuit board 2 of a nearly rectangular shape is integrated inside a body 1 having a cross section of a nearly rectangular shape, wherein desired circuit parts are mounted for composing a high-frequency inverter. A pair of opposing sides 3, 3 of the lighting circuit board 2 is fixed to the body 1 so that each side is adjacent or closely contacted with an inner lateral face of the body 1. Vertically communicated gaps 5, 5 are formed between the other opposing sides 4, 4, and inner lateral faces of the body 1. |
