PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the acceleration and deceleration of a train, regardless of the mismatching (eccentricity) of the center of rotation of axle and that of a speed dynamo. SOLUTION: The speeds, corresponding to the outputs of three windings 71, 72, 73 provided to the speed dynamo 7, are averaged by a speed-averaging processing circuit 33 for suppressing the change of a detected speed caused by the eccentricity of the center of rotation of the axle of the train and that of the speed dynamo 7 to accurately detect the actual speed of the train. |
