PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving device capable of finely setting a reference voltage only by one switch, and obtaining a large power saving effect. SOLUTION: Only one digital type setting switch capable of switching numbers from 0 to 9 is used as the setting switch of a power saving device, and when the setting switch is set at a certain number, for example, '0', the set state of a reference voltage is obtained as preliminarily registered, and an LED is allowed to flash when the reference voltage is switched into the set state. The number in the first place of the reference voltage is inputted by operating the setting switch while the LED is flashing, and the inputted number is decided after the lapse of a fixed time, and the lighting pattern of a setting lamp is switched. Then, the number in the first decimal place of the reference voltage is inputted by operating the setting switch in the same way, and when the setting lamp is turned off, the setting of the reference voltage is completed. |
