<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a throughput of a solar cell module by a method wherein a manufacturing yield of the solar cell module is increased to decrease a problem of a waste disposal, and also a tact time in each step is reduced. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar cell module comprises the steps of: annealing after a plurality of solar cells are formed which are in series connected to each other by forming a first electrode layer, a photoelectric transfer semiconductor layer and a second electrode layer which are scrambled in a stringlike manner on a substrate, respectively; applying a reverse bias voltage to each solar cell to remove a short-circuit part; affixing a preliminary solder in a dotted manner to a bus region in the vicinity of both ends of the substrate; removing at least a part of a thin film formed in a marginal part of the substrate by a sandblast; cleaning the substrate; measuring a voltage/ current of the solar cell by a solar simulator, and forming a bus bar electrode on the preliminary solder of the bus region.</p> |
